Fox Business Network host Larry Kudlow asked Shark tank star Kevin O’Leary up close on Tuesday when he would lend Donald Trump Nearly half a billion dollars to appeal the ex-president’s New York bank fraud case, saying it would “protect America’s name.”

O’Leary essentially ignored Kudlow’s request, despite saying hours earlier that the punishment against Trump was a punishment “Attack on America.”

Only a few days left until the New York Attorney General Letitia James can begin seizing Trump’s assets To repay the $464 million judgment in the case, the former president’s lawyers said no corporate insurer was willing to post bail for his appeal.

“The amount of the judgment, including interest, exceeds $464 million, and very few bail companies will consider a bond of this magnitude,” Trump’s lawyers said wrote on Mondayand added that they had been rejected by “approximately 30 surety companies through 4 different brokers.”

Trump, yes secured a $91.6 million bond for insurance giant Chubb’s E. Jean Carroll ruling earlier this month, he now essentially admits that he no longer has the cash to finance another massive bond issue.

With the ex-president crying about it “un-American” Trump’s former White House economic adviser tried to raise some money on behalf of his ex-boss since he was clearly unable to pay.

“But Kevin O’Leary, I think it’s going to continue here,” Kudlow said during Tuesday’s broadcast of his eponymous Fox Business show. “I was wondering, if he couldn’t get to the Supreme Court, would you lend him the $460 million?”

The Canadian investor quickly laughed at Kudlow’s obvious joke, but the Fox host ended his request. “Just to help — to protect America’s name, think of it that way,” Kudlow added with a laugh.

O’Leary, who has explained He will never invest in “loser” New York again because of his disgust with the Trump ruling, essentially ignoring Kudlow’s request and instead calling for Supreme Court intervention.

“The terminology of asset seizure is a foreign language to an American investor,” O’Leary said. “They want due process. They want the calling. That sounds like Venezuela, that sounds like Cuba. Things are looking really bad for New York.”

He added: “Bipartisan participants and financial services managers disagree with this and are very uncomfortable. And I think whether it’s the Supreme Court taking over adult supervision, whether it’s someone else, we absolutely need that children’s party to bring the adults home.”

Meanwhile, Kudlow isn’t the only fawning Fox host demanding rich conservatives step in and help the ex-president. Fox News weekend anchor Mark Levin took to social media to complain about the lack of wealthy Republicans who would support Trump’s bond.

“Why aren’t Republican multibillionaires offering President Trump the resources to appeal the outrageous New York state case?” Levin tweeted. “Are none of them liquid enough to help or join others to help? That’s a scandal.”
